The Ambrosia is a naturally pollinated cross of the delicious apple, which you can tell from the ridges along the base of the apple. It is crisp, fresh and light, with a honey-like flavour, and is an amazing keeper - our supply was picked in October, and it’s still crisp and juicy. And as if that all wasn’t enough - this apple naturally doesn’t brown. These apples are wax-free and are grown in the Okanagan.
